Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of Operation LaserTag's services. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all participants in your group.

1. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings must be made online via our booking system and are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.
• Prices are per person and include all equipment and a briefing.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the session date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session date are non-refundable.
• To cancel a booking, please contact us at info@operation-lasertag.co.uk with your booking reference.
• If we cancel your session due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
• We are not liable for cancellations due to severe weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. We will offer a rebook where possible.

3. Amendments

• You may request to amend your player numbers up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability.
• Reductions in player numbers within 14 days of the session are not eligible for a partial refund.
• Please contact us to discuss any amendments to your booking.

4. Health, Safety & Participation

• All participants must complete a waiver form before taking part.
• Participants under the age of 10 are not permitted to take part.
• Participants aged 10–15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
• All participants must follow the safety briefing and instructions given by our staff at all times.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant from the session without refund if they fail to follow safety instructions, behave aggressively, or put others at risk.
• Participants must wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for outdoor activity on uneven terrain.
• Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their doctor before taking part. Operation LaserTag accepts no liability for injury arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
• Our equipment emits infrared light only and is not harmful; however, equipment must be used as directed and must not be pointed at eyes at close range.

5. Liability

• Operation LaserTag takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants, but participation is at your own risk.
• We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your session, except where this is caused by our negligence.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Equipment

• All equipment remains the property of Operation LaserTag at all times.
• Participants are responsible for any wilful damage caused to equipment during their session.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as issued at the end of the session.

7. Party Pack & Catering

• Food options must be selected and paid for at the time of booking.
• Food choices cannot be amended within 48 hours of the session.
• We cater for common dietary requirements — please indicate any allergies or dietary needs in the special requests field at the time of booking.
• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Photography & Media

• Operation LaserTag may take photographs or video during sessions for use in marketing materials and social media.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of staff before your session begins.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
